so, since I have one sitting collecting sawdust in my garage right now, I'm curious about details on the 2003 "civic dooty" entry

Who is this brave (wise) soul?
Does the car have headlights? I ask because they are worth $500+ each. In my ramblings of considering a Crossfire, I always figures headlamp sale recoup and then run smoked plexi where the lamps should be.
He still has the giant and odd (read expensive) 19" rear tires. Other Benz wheels will fit. I'd have gone to a square set up all around.
Is this car under $2k?
In reply to John Welsh :
Don't quote me, but I think I heard that with recoup it may be under half budget with he headlights intact.
I think surfshibby owns it?
For as much dogging as the Crossfire takes... my better half loves hers. We put it on an 18x8.5" front and 18x9.5" rear. Outside of the dumb headlight / turn signal issues they all have and some other minor quirks, it's been a great car. Just passed 100k on it.
Wish I was there. Tod sent this great shot of Bill in his Viper. Extra points for my truck charging the battery on the PLB MR2 in the background!

Got that bad boy the day before the challenge lol. Has 264k miles and is a 6 speed manual. Its very rough but it drove 300 miles round trip to the challenge and survived. I drove it to the gym this morning lol.
Last one from the potato cam of that red CRX. That thing was awesome and I'm sorry I didn't get to talk to the owner.

That was a favorite car of ours to watch. We all cheered when you pulled the c5 on the drag strip
I'm a little late to the show, but here's one of my favorites from our team, trying to put the car on the door handles:
I will post up some 2023 event pics.
Fisrt up, why does the guy not getting sparks for a snack get eye protection?
Second, you always need more low
I didn't get a chance to play with my camera and lenses as much as I wanted, but the photos I did take are here:

I had just given the goggles to Michael too. Didn't expect a face full of sparks.
I had my eyes closed at least!
Okay, I just got my photos this afternoon, as the lab was slower than they had anticipated. I'm posting '23 Challenge pictures here in smaller format to save space.
I'm really wondering what I do next time around. I honestly like the black and whites a lot better than the color shots. Part of the problem with the color shots is old film that was gifted to me seems to have not gone well in all cases. Whatever, that's my issue, here's pictures.
Whoever that was that sent me some Fuji Neopan SS 100 a few years ago, thanks. Most of the black and white images here are from one of those rolls.
