I need a two barrel for a small V8 engine, (picture Buick aluminum V8). A holley 750 double pumper would just drown the engine, but the 32/32 Weber on my work bench is too small.
Whadda ya got? Of course cash is good, but swaps for parts, good & services, make a run at the wife; it's a Challenge car so everything is negotiable.
Dan
I've got a stock two barrel that came off of a 351W. I have no idea what the condition of it is. You can have it for the price of shipping. Send me a PM if you want it. I'll get it boxed up and let you know how much shipping is.
You might think about a 390 vacume secondary 4 bbl. I put one on a nissan ca20 and it drew enough to open it up.
I might have a 390 Holley in my dad's gararge if that would help. It came from a buick v6
He needs a two hole carb, he is adapting a 2V carb to where a 2V throttle valve once bolted on.
The Ford Carb was on I have suggested as well as the 350cfm aftermarket Holley.
Thanks Quasi, and according to an engine rpm vs engine CID chart, for the rpm range I will be in a 300 cfm will suffice.
Jwd, check the carb for mice or missing parts, it sounds like the best offer today.
Dan
It looks to be all there and in pretty good shape.
Shoot me an email and I'll send you a couple pictures of it.
No need, if it is what you say, box it up.
Zip 12020.

If that doesn't work out, you might want to look for a Rochester 2GC.
They're cheap, work well, and the most common ones flow about 350CFM.
The last time I rebuilt one, the kit was $18
Looks like shipping would be somewhere between $5 and $17 depending on how you would like it shipped.
Shoot me your address and let me know how fast you need it to get to you.
Lets go with the $5 option; on a budget and not in a hurry.
Dan
Damn, I was hoping to work out one of the other "barter" options...
I guess I'd have to clear it with my wife first, anyway.
