I'd rock that.... Got excited for a few moments when I thought this was South Bend, IN. (nope, it's Oregon)
I am all for making fun of a Wisco accent (because i have on) but whats the connect to the car? I am missing it.
My dad bought my mom one of those right after they got married. Well, bought is a strong word. It was 1968 and the car was dead under tree in a relative's yard so they resurrected it. Newlyweds and all that.
Mom HATED that car. Among other things the passenger door would swing open if you turned left too hard, then you'd either have to make a quick right to slam it or stop the car and get out to close it.
