Isn't there a kick plate that is supposed to hold all of those wires up and out of sight?

I only see two cracks in the dash. That is pretty good for these.

Yea, there is a panel that is missing. My dash in my old E30 looked like a cat hopped up on cat nip chased a mouse around on it...
