Heh. Specifically, MY $2012 Challenge car. And amusingly, the first picture in the listing is one of the ones from when I owned it (the DeLorean parked in front of it is kind of a big giveaway there...). It was sold the day after the Challenge. The posting doesn't say much, but is probably pretty accurate- the car had a lot more potential than it demonstrated but needs serious suspension sorting (it has like a 70/30 rear weight bias...) and some engine tuning.
To be competitive as a challenge car I'd say you'd need at least a couple hundred dollars off that price to sort the handling out. It's worth noting as we'll that the times posted at the Challenge last year (and shown in the newest issue) were run on R-comp tires that were not sold along with the car.
It's mine. I thought I would have fun with it, but kinda didn't get to it. It's in exactly the same condition I got it in. I'd let it go for what I paid for it, $1500, though I currently have a sale pending.
Here's a link to Ashyukun's original ad.
He has a lot more information.

As far as I know GM mostly used the Olds 455/fwd set-up for the GM motorhomes. But the Caddy motor set-up is arguably just as bullet-proof, if not moreso.
I really like this car/set-up.
Anyone have a free spot on a car hauler heading to the midwest lol?
