Am I the only one that thinks this thing is pretty sweet? Weld on some nicer fenders, run some wider tires, custom roof and some other odds and ends and that could be a pretty unique rat rod..

I believe the seller is trying to convey that the car is $1400 and the hardtop is an additional $1500.
