Nice car, but there is an '89 turbo near me with fewer miles and a (slightly) lower price. I don't know why, but these were not on my "radar" when they were new...at least not the turbo model, as I always thought the 5 door "Touring" model was a bit more interesting (though that was available with a turbo also, if I remember correctly?). I lived in Texas in the '80s, and thought they had already done away with their ridiculous "vehicle inspection scheme". It would have made more sense to institute a program like Florida has: no registration renewals without proof of insurance. A year after moving to Texas I was nearly killed when some uninsured maroon pulled out of a side street into my motorcycle.
