I have been scouring local CL ads to help find a car for my wife's friend. The car will be for her 16 yr old kid. While searching cars under $2k I came across what could possible be a good tow vehicle for someone here. Not many details given but could be worth a look.

With the snow in the picture it COULD be Ohio, but where is the rust?
And just like many CL ads....no mention of the miles on the odo, or in this case....year of manufacturer.
It is a 98 and it looks like the whole bottom rocker is rusted out like usual on anything here.
Quite right! It is listed as a 98 but must be a 92-96 because it looks like it has the late facelift front end. Nice catch
