Picked up a new project so this one needs to go.
1989 Jeep Comanche 2WD shell, 97 front clip, 97+ driver’s door, Corbeau seat brackets, rust free bed.
For the front end swap is just placed on there for now while I line everything up. I do have all lenses, flairs, and bumper end caps.
Now the truck has a 1991 harness and fuel lines for a 4.0L installed but I then modified the harness to run MegaSquirt on my 4.7L stroker. Truck was up and running on MS but never got to drive it because I ended up having issues with the engine. Engine, transmission, and MegaSquirt are not included. This would make a good parts truck or toss a stock Cherokee drivetrain in and drive it. I do have a clean MA title in my name.
If you do plan on driving the truck please note, when I got the truck around the steering box was cracked. I removed the section of subframe back to where it connects to the inner reinforcement and welded in a new piece from another Jeep. This was not just hacked in and I trust the repair 100%. It’s easier to show and explain in person. Only other bad things are the truck does have a cracked windshield and most of the interior has been removed. Dash is a factory black but the rest of the interior parts I have are blue.
GRM price $700.00

Looks like it's waiting for 4.8 or 5.3 swap
Cleaned out the bed and took some pictures without the bed liner.
Thinking about parting it out if anyone needs some Comanche stuff.
you have no idea how badly I want to do terrible, unspeakable, awesome things to that beast...but Hanover is too far, and I am too broke...I hope to the GRM deity that someone breathes new life into that thing...a Comanche is a terrible thing to waste
I'd like to see that with a new HO V6 in it.
You could always drop a 4.0L back in with a 50 trim T3/T4. Plug in MS1 and run my modified distributor. I’ll even give you a basemap for megasquirt from our turbo Jeep Cherokee XJ-R.

Someone please go get this before I do something I regret. I don't need another project in the driveway and I do need a wife. Save me!
Hmmmm, the missus said we were going to need a truck...
Bring a double trailer and pick this up on the way:

Somebody buy this thing before I am forced to.
I'd imagine that the 4WD parts from a Cherokee would bolt right on.

Yes, but you will need a Comanche 4x4 rear driveshaft.
Truck is getting stripped, filled with scrap steel, and crushed tomorrow. Anyone need parts?
damn, I wish you lived closer, I would take that front clip
