Because I'm thinking I want it.

Ooops, sorry, I just noticed that it's over the $2012 limit. I'm not going to delete it because it seems like something somebody here would be interested in, but if mods want to delete it so be it.

Those are amazing. Do you think they were home made?
My co-worker has one like that, he has a 440 sitting next to it that he says he is going to swap in. It looks as large as the car itself.
I had one of these in college, only it was the more common 318 with an automatic version. Mine had more primer and was missing a trunk lid. When it rained, the trunk filled up with water. I got it for all of $500.
The later barracudas were boring looking. This was the best bodystyle. I love them. One of my bucket list cars.

I think they're swap headers, needed to put a big block in that car. I could be wrong, but I've seen similar headers on those before.

The '64-67's were only available with the slant six or the 273 V-8, although the 318 would be swapped in obviously.
If that was close to me I'd buy it IF no rust. I'd ditch the crap seats for original stuff though. Total sleeper approach.
And yes, those are swap required headers. There are factory exhaust manifolds that will work on a big block A body swap but those are both rare and expensive. The M code 440 manifolds may cost as much as this car. The A body 383 mani's would be highly difficult to find unless they are being made somewhere now. Even years ago they were like a needle in a haystack.
Honestly a built 340 in this car would likely handle better and be faster. The big block gives that ooolala factor though. I wonder that they did to the diff?

Agreed.
Selling a neglected CB650 would certainly help you afford this one...

Not that I'm loaded, but money isn't the problem. I trying to get rid of projects, not take more on.
In reply to bravenrace:
You see, you're wrong. This is a working, driving, steering, braking vehicle. It's not a project.
