That seems like a REALLY good deal for what all is included. Though "not idling" tells me "needs apex seals". Given that it's a drift car- this would not surprise me at all.
"Not idling" could also mean "ripped out teh rats nest because I'm afraid of vacuum hoses and now it runs like poo."

That or any of a whole host of things that could be wrong with it, ranging from needing a teardown and rebuild to a few feet of vacuum hose...
One of these days when I've got a lot more space and time, I'll pick up another 2nd-gen convertible and do a turbo swap on it...
I would say it is priced about right....If the engine is good.
Too bad you can't do a compression check without a starter.
I would take a starter and do a compression check before even thinking of buying that car.

everyone always says apex seals. rarely they are right.
