1979 Camaro, one of those stupid ideas of "I love those cars!" and "yeah, I can find the time to do that!" met the reality of no, I don't have the time to do this. It was being turning into a drag car, supposedly has a Posi-rear, guess I should jack it up and check. 350 4 bolt main, dissassembled, have the Fel-pro gasket set for reassembly, 350 turbo transmission, long tube headers, 4 quadrajets, new single wire alternator, clutch pedal assembly if you wanted to go 5 speed, new hinge pins & door handles, not installed, has an aftermarket sunroof installed, a couple of boxes of LT1 stuff I found in the shop this afternoon, who knows what else. No title, $750 obo. Bring your own mullet
Damn you're supposed to be more than one state over. Any chance of getting a GA registration for a no title bill of sale?
Yes, I can get a current GA registration on it & then include that with a bill of sale.
The committee overruled me but that registration/bill of sale should enable the buyer to get title. At least I know I could in FL. I make sure I get a copy of the FL DMV bill of sale.
damnit.
there are times I wish I had not bought the thunderbird. THis is one.
My wife would hate it so much that it'd probably be a permanent family fixture...

That's a good start for a $2019 or a last minute $2018 build!!!
Non-Sequitur:
That 2+2 Z31 next to it is just begging for a 4.8 LS.

I love these cars.
There's tons of potential there, you can do everything from a super low dollar SBC build to a full-on six digit protouring build. Tons of aftermarket (still not quite as much as for 1st gens), and some cool junkyard upgrades available.
To my eye these (including Firebirds) were the best looking American car of the late 70's.
Do eeet! If you've got a Thunderbird, I'll consider 17x9 wheels with 5x4 1/2 pattern and 24/25mm offset towards trades
The Z31 is spare parts for the fleet of Z31 race cars I've got. When you race 30 year old cars, extra cars are cheaper than buying parts sometimes!
