It isn't perfect, but it seals good. I was going to rock it on my Miata, but it doesn't fit with my Hard Dog roll bar. Oh well, I'll pass th savings on to you. This is good for a winter beater, as a template to make one of those cool fastback looking Miatas, or replace the rear glass with the plexi kit and go that route. In case the pics don't work, the back windows is cracked and t is missing a rear tab. All of the clips are there and work just fine holding it in place, even at high highway speeds. It isn't a factory hard top, but my research shows that the rear glass is the same as a factory Mazda unit.
