If you convert it to four wheels does it then count as a four wheel production vehicle?

Put some "training wheels", outriggers on it. Sure, it would then be a 5 wheeled vehicle but only 4 would ever be on the ground at a time (or none.) 

If Alan could drive this (on 2 wheels at a time), then he could drive that.  :-)
