If that stuff is as good as advertised, I might even be able to handle som mild bodywork! Not as major as a rolling barn (that I love) but last time I tried was on "tiny" motorcycle stuff. And that was over 20 yr. ago!

Ugh ugh ugh! I'm sure yuur right....
Look at it this way- doing it right this time will make the paint job much easier when you get to that point. Otherwise, you'd have to straighten it out all over again...

The good news is that after the 180 round is done, the rest goes QUICK. The 180 step makes it flat, the rest makes it dmooth and dead flat.
Wet sanding is actually kinda fun, too. Cause you get to see what it's going to look like in color with a reflection.

I was just talking to a Co worker yesterday about that. He's an old body guy. It does go much quicker when your not removing a ton of material!
Got a solid 3 hours in today! Thanks Wifey!
Starting point
Blocked after guiding it all. A few lows, and some highs I made lows.... Wheel well is killing me.
Hit a few more spots.
Then back door!
I'd put money on someone having a trailer hooked up and dropping the tailgate
Almost ready for high build!

Under 70???? I don't like you anymore. It was mid 90s here today and humid enough to boil your toes in your socks.
Ain't none of us skinny either.....

Yeah... I sweat.... A lot. Was going to Try the heater in the garage but was melting already.
Supposed to be 70 plus all week.
Almost ready sir - keep it up. Amazing improvement from where you started. Have you had thoughts on what to do with interior - that thing will have a lot of interior.

I am leaning towards just doing carpet and getting the seats recovered.... A stereo would be nice too
I have some "noise mat" I may throw in the doors and a few pieces on the roof. It was a left over from one of my dads projects. The inner door skins are pretty nice metal, they had a plush thing glued to them, but I am tempted to try to get the glue off and paint them and try that. Bedliner on the back area most likely.
Get it driving first. See what it wants to become once its alive again. At this point, color, running, steering and stopping is all that needs addressed and permanent solutions found.

Yep!
I need:
fuel filler
Cotter pins/nut and bolt the front end
Bypass NSS
Exhaust
Windshield.
Install all lights/trouble shoot as needed.
That should get me driving.
Ok just need to sand the pesky fender.... It needed more.
Then scuff the roof and rockers, then clean clean clean and shoot some high build!
