Im starting to think your idea of a beater is alot diffrent then mine. Im usually not a fan of chrome/polished wheels but they look good against all the black!

I may have missed it but who makes those wheels and do you have the center caps too?
Great work, I think my favorite part is the Blazer console.
In reply to crankwalk :
They are vintage centerline scorpion billet wheels. Picked them up from Patrick, who bought them new in the late 90s. Hes looking for the center caps, but we're not sure they still exist. If they dont, ill make something that looks good.
1000 miles on the elky in the last few weeks.
Forgot how much i love this truck. So glad i didn't sell.
In theory i am. Assuming its not colder than a welldiggers ass.

If your heater blows goats, maybe you should swap it out for a goater.

i have fallen in love with this truck again because of the wheels.
THANKS PATRICK!!!!!
also, you will notice it now has center caps. i traded a nitrous kit for anpther set of centerline billit wheels, in 16x8 for 280z fitment. gave the wheels to brother dustin, kept the center caps. if i scrounge another set of caps, ill sell them to himfor what the nitrous kit and gas cost me. gotta break even....
Or Cousin Eddie might be game after GG's next spring , Dallas area (C10 will be on the block..no.......)
Those wheels cleaned up amazingly well. What did you use?
And I'm glad you love it again, it's one hell of a pretty car.
mothers mag and aluminum polish on the pad that comes with the 3m headlight resto kits.
im waiting on real polishing cones, but they are on the slow boat from china
I didn't figure that it would be as difficult as it was to find center caps to wheels that were discontinued 20 years ago and made by a company that has been out of business for 5....
Im a product of the 80s and 90s muscle car scene. I still have metallica, rancid, and blink 182 in regular rotation.
Im kinda dated myself.
And i LIKE it.
