This is fantastic. I love it.

Check out Fasterproms on YouTube. They did a Smart car powered by a K-series Honda motor with a turbo in that exact livery.

This is how we find out that your plan is rockets, right around here:

Looks like plenty of room for a Jaguar V12 to me.

Flip the axle around and use a reverse rotation Mercruiser?
Trades thus far:
I swung thru the backside of the trailer place and grabbed some dumpster aluminum this morning
(2x)4'x9'ish x 0.063" dirty but free.
CB also brought by an old pair of QA1 shocks and a couple small universal radiator fans from his stash that we will need to FMV.
I dropped the fuel tank out of the MGM and pulled the last of the wiring, then I pushed it outside hopefully never to return
Back inside, I removed the shocks and springs, getting the frame closer to a realistic ride height, and tossed some big components at it for a little proof of concept visualization
Totally sane.....right?
Sorry Shaun, I couldn't find any Kevlar lined, SFI transmission blanket saddles.

Definitely gonna need some of that offset pinion, but I think I can do better than an Explorer axle with parts I have here already.
That one exhaust manifold is pointing right at the driver, it would be way safer to flip it around so it goes towards the front where the turbo should be.
I love how the seat lines up perfect with the steering rack. The column will be an almost straight shot to the rack.

I said this same thing last night.

Real men don't use saddles
Eager to see your u-joint preservation solution.
I've never been a big fan of the "Furried" sportbike trend that happened, but if X71 were to end up covered in brown Cow Fur and have a set of texas longhorns affixed to the hood with a nice rinhstone studded brown leather seat I would be a big fan of that.
