To the few that followed along, we put our house up for sale a couple of weeks ago on a Monday and had an accepted offer by Friday. Of course we put an offer on a house and had it accepted the same week. The buying part was easy, a bit of a low ball with no contingency and no fixes after we saw a recent inspection report.
The inspection report from our current house has some small things that need to be done, but that's it for this place in suburbia! Back to country livin'!
I'll start up a new thread so that I can have some kind of diary and for the occasional visitor to drop some comments. Lets just say that my current 1.5 car garage doesn't hold a candle to whats coming next! I feel GRM junk-car-storage rich!
