Hello everyone, it pains me to do this but I'm listing up my 1994 Chevy caprice wagon (Betty White) up for sale. I bought Betty from an older gentleman that took excellent care of her. I have the service records for the car dating back to when it was new (it is a rather thick folder...). I'd do $4500 to a GRM'er. First off, some pics
Things that I would consider pro's about the car:
1. Paint matched impala SS grill
2. Custom stainless steel cat back exhaust (sounds really nice without being overly loud, it is pretty tame)
3. Relatively rust free for being a Michigan car with over 200k miles
4. Replaced opti-spark with OEM ACDelco remanufactured unit within the last 2000 miles
5. Full paint correction with ceramic coating
6. Recently replaced digital dash (current odo reads ~167000mi, previous cluster was reading ~200k mi before it went out, and replacement read ~163k miles when installed)
7. Both heat and air conditioning are fully functional
8. I swapped in a set of matching blue buick roadmaster seats for the ultimate lazy boy level of comfort
9. Suspension is fresh all the way around. I lifted the car slightly as I was going to build it to be the ultimate winter ride/light offroading vehicle. I used the bilstein shocks from the caprice police cars, police car springs up front, and Moog cargo coils in the rear. Fresh sway bar end links as well
10. Fresh set of 235/75/R15 cooper weathermaster ST/2 snow tires. Tons of tread
The only minor issues with the car are:
1. Slightly saggy headliner in a few places
2. Small rust pocket in front of the passengers side rear wheel (shown in pic)
3. AC compressor clutch makes a small amount of noise.
Let me know if you would be interested in becoming the next steward of Betty White, I know I will miss the ol' girl.
