I kinda dig that wheel/tire combo on there. 
Motor sounds like chain.
so probably needs at a minimum a motor out service to just look everything over. and at that point, a new hydraulic tensioner and guides would be advisable.
price isn't terrible if you're able to do all this yourself. but it's going to need love.
