Ex-GRM RallyX Impreza needs a new home

After much consideration I am continuing to thin down the fleet.

Last year I bought the GRM RallyX project seen here. The wife and I flew to Florida, toured the GRM office and brought it back to sunny Michigan. It competed in 3 Detroit SCCA rallyXs since then.

I want to keep it in the GRM family so I am offering it for the same $3750 we paid. I also have copies of the magazines it was in. For $4000 you can also have a set of WRX wheels and Firestone Winterforce tires I bought. The tires have less than 1000 miles on them.

For all you GRMers that thought Florida was too far away, here is your chance to grab what might be the only rust free 2000 Impreza wagon in the entire upper midwest

It hasnt changed appearence but I will try and get new pics in the next day or so. I need to pull it out of the garage and hose it off.

It has 180k on it now and a new battery.

I can vouch for the car up until Per got his hands on it. It was my wife's dd up until from around 90k miles up to 156k miles. It came from the DC area before we moved to FL. The only non maintenance thing I ever did was put in a starter and battery. The timing belt and oil seals were done around 150k.

Only sold it to Per to get a Forrester XT 5 speed. Kinda wish we had kept it.

The gold paint on the wheels should be redone if you care about that sort of thing. Since its some sort of law that everybody must put a crappy paint job on OEM wheels, the guy in Toledo I bought them from had already sprayed them.
