My Uncle bought the car new, My father now has it (after my uncle passed) and a rear spindle blew on it.
OEM part # is 4228117.
as far as we can find, it is discontinued.
The failure happened at highway speed, and the bearing race welded itself to the spindle, and the shaft is probably weakened from the heat.
so... options? anyone happen to have one they would be willing to sell? please don't make this car be dead
