I've seen worse for sure. There's some stuff I like (color, wheels, front splitter, sc V8), and things I don't (like the shape of that intake popping through the hood). I wouldn't kick it out of the garage if that's what you're asking...
Wider tires that fit better on the wheels. Fix the air intake. Put the side mirrors back where they belong..... Otherwise it looks really cool, if I had the money it's be on a very short list.
I dig it. But why do all that aesthetic work and then randomly dump your relocated battery in the hatch?
As others have noted, the worst false note is the intake... and it's also easy to fix, probably. I'm not convinced by the roll "cage" either but I'd have to see it in person.
Seems like a lot of cool car for $22.5k. If I was looking for a toy in that price range, I'd be on the phone with him.
I like it a lot. Probably would have done it differently if i built it, but think it looks pretty badass.
Still many other things to spend $22.5k on though
Fairly cool, it seems like a mostly solid build with a little "stance" thrown in. That said, the stance stuff seems pretty reversible.
Maybe I'm out of touch, but I think his price might be more realistic if it were a well done fuel-injected LSx swap with working A/C. As it stands I just don't see an SBC swapped Z getting that kind of money, supercharged or not. Plus, as noted, it seems to be a little rough around the edges, particularly on the interior.
While not what I would have done it all seems well done. Wish the flares and scoop weren't so angular on a car with such fantastic swooping lines. I bet it's a total animal.
Wait, they want $22,500 for that? I didn't even click the link. How much BMW M3 can you buy for $22.5k again?
It's not the prettiest thing I've ever seen, but it's not the ugliest either. I would hope it gets more than 1 mpg lol.
