these things never "run". Brand new they might be described as "crawling" or "moseying" but never running.
My old VW Bus could do 0-60 in about an hour and a half.
Would that be aircooled or watercooled?

That's a deal.
It's air cooled. Water cooled have 2 front grills. Also, other than diesels, water cooled didn't come in until 1984 and they developed a whopping 90 bhp. I think the 2 ltr air cooled was in the neighborhood of 65 bhp. The later 2.1s developed 95 bhp.
If you could get that damn thing running or swap a EJ22 Subaru into it that would be a hell of a flip. My understanding is that these go for big $$$'s
