I'm a huge fan of MDT conversions to pickups, but this is just begging to be slammed on semi 22.5s milled to 22"

Is that a BOP and maybe C bolt pattern?  It's not a chevy pattern.

That's a MDT trans.   The '65 C60 ran a Detroit 3-53 as an option, and the clutches were much larger than what we are used to with consumer level vehicles.  







This would be the adapter used when run with a Chevy engine.
