Truck sold 11/10/21. Thanks for all the interest.
My 2006 Suburban 2500 needs to go says the CFO. 2-owner truck from West Texas.
Purchased new by the city of Snyder, TX and used as a chief's truck. I bought it from them.
118k miles. 6.0l. 4l80e. 4wd. 4.10 rear. LSD
Drives fine, shifts fine. Cruise works. 4wd works. A/C cold and heat is hot.
Could use front tires. Clearcoat peeling on drivers door. I removed the old vinyl lettering and some clearcoat lifted with them. Dings and dents. Crooked front bumper from previous life at the fire dept . Crooked rear hatch (but shuts and seals). CEL for knock sensor(s) that I'm happy to run with. Gray cloth interior with bare aluminum center box ready for all your radio stuff. Drooping headliner pinned up over front seats.
$5900
Low key, not pretty, reliable as an anvil workhorse. Crew/fleet spec, not LT leather spec. This configuration is rated to tow 9600 lbs. This is the last model before the troublesome variable displacement became available. Never seen rust. Has barely seen moisture. Drive this to Minnesota or New York and sell for fun money.
Couple pics from tonight;
This truck "sold" on ebay for $6100 but the buyer never paid. $6100 takes it home. Any questions, comments, concerns, just let me know.
Maybe it's at the lower end of this range, but it's a solid truck and they're rusting away up north. PM for details, pics, call me names, whatever.
I like that a lot, hope you find the right buyer!
Does it have branded rebuilt title from accident ?
Smoker /non smoker ?
any pets inside (dogs/cats) ?

It does not. I don't know the timeline on the accident but eBays title check came back clear and no accidents.
No pets. Doesn't smell like any smokers but I can't say for sure due to its previous life.
Bump for New Years' considerations. Asking $6100. Tagged, inspected and insured. Drive it home and pick up another project to tow with this. Need more, better, different pics? Need to haggle? Let me know. Lubbock, TX. 2 hrs south of I-40. 2 hrs north of I-20. 5 hrs between both Dallas and ABQ.
I think half of why I like this truck so much is that the pictures remind me of warm summer days. That won't be a thing for a loooong time up here
GLWTS
Edited OP. I've driven it 2000 trouble-free miles and am ready to sell. If you need to tow and have plenty of enclosed space, this is a super way to go.

Interested. Could you post some interior pics? Is that a big dent on the rocker below the passenger front door?
Where is the truck now? I'm confused if it sold or not?
Interested, I'll message you.
