Drove it less than 200 miles? hmm, maybe it didn't turn out to be what the owner wanted. 340 NA HP from those E7TE stocker heads (even if they are ported and worked) without dyno proof is quite the 'estimate' as well. Not saying its not possible, just saying most people don't get numbers like that.
Also, id bet the car is up to around 3000 lbs now, and 300 hp/3000lbs is fast, but its only $5k foxbody fast.

My Focus was one of the best of the 21 I have owned.
Which one did you have? I had a base 03 ZX3 with with Premium Group (16" wheels and tires, AC, Cruise and telescoping/tilt wheel) and the upgraded MP3 CD Stereo. That's it. Awesome little car. If I didn't have a kid that came out the size of a kindergartner, I would probably still have that car. Manual windows, manual seats, manual transmission and 130 hp of Zetec fury.
awesome car.
I had a 2000 wagon IIRC. I only had it for 5 weeks. It left me stranded on the highway at week 3 (broken coolant hose that cost a mint). Then at week 5 it left my wife stranded (rear wheel bearing that required an insane amount of dissembly to replace). Then at week 6 I sold that turd and never looked back.
Two failures may not seem like much to some, I've never been left walking down the shoulder of the highway in any car, even the ones that has 3X the miles on them. Even my Lucas electrics prooved more reliable. On top of that, it was horrible to work on.
Anyone snag pics, the ad is gone.
Loved my ZX3. Trouble free for 75K miles. The only reason I no longer have it is I totalled it :(

It was 6 part numbers in the SVO catalog. The engine subframe and wiring was done by Kugal Engineering
In reply to Flight Service:
Kugal still shows the kit and components on their website:

Adrian - imagine a yellow Focus 2 door with a v* under the hood.
As crazy as it sounds to us, some people actually build cars like this to be show cars and arely actually drive them. I saw the ad this morning. IIRC, the asking price was about $10K.
