Why just buy a whole classic car, when you could build it yourself? Well, this MG TF offers just that.
Per the seller: “The last owner took the car apart for the purpose of restoration. The chassis was sandblasted and restored but the rest of the car is all still apart but seems to be complete.”
Billed as a numbers-matching example, the MG was last registered in 1972 and is accompanied by a clear title issued in 1969.

I bought my 1954 MG TF in 1962 when I entered as a Southmore at the U of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. I had completed my Freshman year at Purdue (Lafayette, IN is my home town).
In my Junior year there, my Design Portfolio was 1 of 7 selected nation wide to enter the 10 week student program in "Styling" at the GM Technical Center in Warren, MI. I mention this primarily to register the startled expressions on the Security Guards when this bozo pulled up in a TF with 2 other student Industrial Designers piled onto it to enter the Executive Garage (filled with exotics & prototypes).
