Such a pretty, pretty car. If only they weren't so expensive!
Had the Top Gear episode on this DVR'd and watched it last night. Even Clarkson couldn't find anything negative to say about it-- except that the leather seat squeaked on the bulkhead when he pushed it far back. Being as tall as he is, this isn't likely a common problem.
With a stick, the f-type might be the only new car I would seriously consider. It just looks sooooo good, and makes the noises to match.
David, can you fit a guitar and smallish amp in it?

Not in any v8 package.....only the v6 and v6 type s will get a row your own. And those will be RWD only. The people running the booth at NAIAS were saying all the v8 versions will be automatics with awd.
Not that it would matter much, as if I were ever to buy one, it'd be a v6 type s with the row your own. I agree with Clarkson, the 6 pot is just iconic.

I didn't try, but I could see a guitar fitting on the front passenger seat and a small amp in the back.
Nope, won't do. I'll keep the BMW. Personal best is 3 holllowbodies + amp and suitcase, all in the back.
