I disagree. Clearly, this is an individual who should have fairly intimate knowledge on the brand and model at hand. Bob is clearly a smart guy, and while he may be somewhat accurate, the #'s don't lie, and usually (if you have a reason to be biased about a subject, like iadr does), you aren't talking crap about your product unless there is reason to do so.
