3SGTE distributor and microsquirt not playing well together

I'm trying to get my 3SGTE to spark using the stock distributor and microsquirt, but it's not working yet. Using MS Tune fro the tuning part. I've removed two teeth from the trigger wheel as suggested. I think I've set all the parameters correctly but couldn't find the "skip teeth" box in my menus.

I used this as a go-by, but my ignitor harness doesn't have an Ne wire so I tried using the one from the distributor with and without a 12V kick-up.

Any ideas or directions towards information to cover this?

Looking around a bit more it looks like my engine doesn't use VAST, it uses ESA, so off to do some more research.

Got it to spark!

I used the VR inputs instead of the OPT, The OPT is for square waves and the VR sensors in my distributors produce regular waves and have to be conditioned inside the Microsquirt to trigger eveything.
