6.9 content

i am the proud owner of two mercedes 450sel's one being a 6.9 combined i have less than challenge price if i sold a couple parts off them i could get them down to lemon price. my nephew got them both to start just ran them for a few minutes. the 6.9 did raise up amazing should i combine them and make one car since the one is eurospec

Wow, that is one LOOOONG Benz! I would put my money into getting that one going, it's way too cool to scrap!

I think you should either turn both car into one 6.9l or you could always swap the m100 into a r107. Think someone on the benzworld forum did the conversion. I hear the m100 is a hell of an engine but I just don't get excited about w116s.

I like the Centras on the 450, are they 16x8.

both cars are the same length.... the 6.9 looks longer because it was on the ground

I would swap the wheels and lights between the two then let someone else have a chance to fix up the 4.5 one if anyone wants it. The 6.9 would be a cool project if most of the expensive stuff is still good.
