Found a really cool old Mack rollback. Single rear axle but has a Pa title with designation with TT, tractor. So, it was a tractor in the past modified to become a rollback. Other than the TT, it has no reason for a CDL, has juice brakes and no GVWR, so, in theory, could get a below 26k rating. Oh and single rear axle. FWIW, it's the funky U body. (Offset cab, which ove always liked for no real reason)

UModel Macks are pretty neat, unless you're the passenger. I'm surprised you could ever get one with hydro brakes.
I have no answer but I'm curious too
It's obvious that this one was designed to become a common rollback (no cdl) but the title was never changed. By all appearances, it's been a rollback for quite some time. This one has a Scania diesel. I've been trying to figure put which one as there have been so many variations and so many different engines that went in these U Macks.
This is going to be a state-specific question. Are you in PA?
Its somewhat a challenge to have a legit commercial vehicle that you want to do legit commercial work with (even hauling your buddy's car 500 feet down the road is technically commercial) and no CDL or commercial insurance.
