Same reason people don't balance them, in a way.. the driver of the tow vehicle is so insulated from the symptoms of a problem that they usually don't notice something is going wrong until they are trailing a cloud of smoke.

I think the speed rating for most small trailer tires is 65MPH. I bet Crentramatics would do well there.
