Now that Fiat is around this just might happen. Since they can use the chassis for a Fiat model too.

So you want a Dodge Miata?

That new little 1.4 turbo engine is physically very small and I'm guessing very light so yeah, I wouldn't mind a Dodge Miata, but while the article shows a pic of a 2 seater the Barracuda would be a 4 place car.
Dodge Razor concept circa 2002:
2.4L turbo I4
250hp - 230 lb ft of torque
6 speed manual
0-60 in about 6 seconds
~2500 lbs
Estimated MSRP - $14,500
I'd buy a small RWD coupe/convertible from Dodge if the price was right...
As a current owner of two Barracudas, I'm a little torn on them reviving the name. That two seater in the article looks more like a Pepperidge Farm goldfish than a Barracuda.
Ideally I'd like to see them build something that is about the size of my '87 Daytona and just as sporty. 2-doors only. A fastback design with a hatch would be good. RWD and a manual transmission would be great. Something that could house the new turbo 4's and the Pentastar 6.
