I wanted Timken, but am striking out locally. Id order itcfor the net, but I need it by the weekend. What from the PepVanceZone stores are on the higher quality end of things?

Skf and ntn are both good. Koyo aren't bad either, provided they're Japanese, im not sure that all koyo bearings are Japanese these days

For the 4th gen fbody i was the duralast were relabled timken or skf. Still had the stamp on it.

Id go grab a duralast or white box bearing and open ip the box to see if it has manufacturer logo on it

NAPA's good bearings are SKF, NOT the Proformer ones!

Regardless of the packaging, open the box and look at what's stamped on the race. The bearing industry has consolidated somewhat, so one or two companies may make most of any one type of bearing that they will all supply. SKF, NTN, Koyo, FAG, Timken are all good. If you can see the stamping on the side of the race of the old wheel bearing, I'd consider using the same if you can get it aftermarket.
