Let's go racing.
I'm having flashbacks...or is it PTSD. That's pretty much a steal for all of that, but of course the cars can't race in the series they were designed any longer. They could be converted with a bit of work into a road race car, depending on how offset they are.

I was about 60% certain that ol’ DW had died.
Honestly though, with all of that gear that is a steal if you had a place to play with it. The associated gear is probably close to that alone pieced out.

Nope, still kickin' at 71.

The carbs alone for those sell for about $10k. There's some expensive stuff there, although a bit outdated.
There's a series in the Mid-Atlantic region that allows and is made up of old Cup and Busch type cars that you could race in with little cost.
Super Cup Stock Car Series.
When I look at this kind of stuff, I read it in the local vernacular ie: Southern. And the first pitcher sez: "One car sets complete..." Now dat's Southern...
I am so glad that is on the other side of the country from me. 45k (or best offer) for probably 100k worth of E36 M3!
I'm not clear though, does that include the building?
Am I the only one that thinks most of those pics were taken at least 10 years ago? My guess is it probably looks something more like this right now:

Ya really know how to stick the pin into the ballon dontcha...
That is a hell of a deal for a load of worthless crap.
I kid, I kid. The cars could be really fun in the right environment, the engines and stuff would work fine, but would be badly outclassed by modern stuff, if you cared about being competitive. Fabulous track day cars with a quick suspension redesign/rebuild. The tools, parts and carts would be where the value is, probably. A guy could probably sell a lot of that stuff off over a few years.
