Well, the racecar is still broken so I'll be driving my daily at this weekend's event. I just changed the oil and all other fluids look good.

I've read about the potential for oil starve in high rpm corners. Is this an issue for track guys or can it happen at autocross? If so, what can I do to prevent it (this will likely be one of very few events the car will see)

What tires are you on?  It's probably fine.

I ran a number of solo events with an 07 STi I fixed up and didn't see any oil pressure dropouts. I think they use the same/similar sumps...you should be fine. It would probably be a different matter if you were on good tires on a long corner .
