not something that I would ride but its a great idea especially now that people are buying more scooters. Women might like it

Shoot, if you're already riding a scooter, the concept of looking cool is already out of the window. Might as well be more practical. It would be great here where five minute downpours are the norm. Sometimes there's no warning; it's completely sunny out when it happens.

I don't like that it has a seat belt. I've messed around with scooters as a kid and a there were a number of times where a low speed bail out kept me off the ground. Kind of difficult to do if you were strapped in. Even with the enclosure you could side step out without falling.
