+1 on the current/sale spec only in the pics. I think many of us glance at pics first, then read the text. If I fall in love with the pics, I'm sometimes bummed upon reading that the car has changed since. Once bummed, I find it harder not to worry about the worst case scenario.
Having seen you around these forums over time, I know you want to present the car well. If I didn't know you, or saw the same ad elsewhere, my mind might start to wonder if there is anything else that might change by the time I get there to look at the car.
For readability, I like to break it down into categories with bullet point lists. You could make it is simple as the good, the bad, the extras, or the stock parts highlights, the upgrades on the car, and the extra parts/spares not on the car. This makes it really clear to potential buyers what's already installed (there's always that guy who doesn't read beyond the title and shows up expecting the 1UZ to be in the car) and helps them plan how to cart it all home. On GRM I think you need a double return between lines to format the list.
I like buyers who offer a few pics with the ad, and link a big album of detailed pics of the engine, interior, e-brake button, gauges, etc. on photobucket, Google photos, or other photo host. It shows me that the seller is serious, and helps me decide if I want to pursue it further without having to call or email the seller to ask for more pics.
Personally, I'd always rather sell to a GRMer, but I would also put it on Craigslist, Celica/1UZ/Drift Forums, the PacNW Toyota, Datsun, Drifting-relatedFacebook groups, etc. to maximize exposure.
Hope this helps!
