The Mustang dynos I've seen tend to read lower than dynojets, but maybe it's something the shop can tweak.
135 at the wheels sounds about 20% lower than I'd expect a 1.0L should be making with 20 pounds of boost...

As alluded to upthread, boost isn't boost. 10 pounds on a huge efficient turbo will beat 20 pounds on something small and cramped. It's all about airflow in and airflow out.
I'm especially thinking of the RX-7 guys who are making 300hp at 15psi on the stock junk turbo, and then make 500+hp at 15psi on a turbo that actually flows air and lets the exhaust breathe.

Considering it is rated much lower than that at the crank, I am plenty happy. Also, you should see this turbo, it would look too small on a motorcycle. I bet a ct26 off a Toyota of yesteryear is 3x this puppy in flow capacity, at least. It is probably the second smallest on the market, only bigger than those used on kei cars.
The old ct26 is better than most give credit for. I run one on the mx6. Trapped 118mph in the quarter, more left in it.

Sure, but those kinds of turbos typically produce big torque bumps at the bottom and then fall off massively at the top end. The torque curve on that dyno plot doesn't look like that, it's pretty flat, only losing about 10-15% across the rev range.
OTOH, I see now that it's topping out at 6000 RPM, so that probably explains it.
But can we all agree that for a 3cyl its amazing, 10 years ago we all would have scoffed at the idea of any 3cyl 1000cc motor being any sort of "fun" much less one having more hp than our beloved "answer car" miata
Long live forced induction! Hurrah hurrah!

I love it. It pulls like a train in 5th (top) great, makes a fun noise, and will make for great times in the corners once my LRR tires are gone.
I might try out the Ford racing handling kit ($250 shipped) for the fiesta some time too. Not bad for shocks/struts and stiffer springs. It doesn't 'fit' my model year but they haven't changed the chassis since the fiesta started selling here.
