Digital Speed Display Options

2005 Mustang

Wheel Speed and RPM displays are very heard to read at speed with Sunglasses or tinted shield on Helmet

The is a 3 7/8"  x 4 " flat spot on the dash between the A/C Vents.

Mini Smart Phone, digital display connected to External GPS, or ???

I asked Doc Brown about a speedo in his project cars that fits your size. He was very happy with a simple Amazon GPS speedometer and said all the different models he's tried have worked fine.

So, there is no need for a Flux Capacitor

That unit is cheaper than fixing the speedometer in my car.

Waiting on it to be delivered as this is being typed.

Unit arrived

Good looking unit if you want to set it on the dash.  Power Port is on the left side of the housing.

However, for our application, we want to mount it FLAT on the dash in the space between the air conditioner vents.

Unfortunately, the case has a sloped back that will not allow for that type fo mounting.

Return already initiated.
