Specifically: I have done an LS swap into my 67 Camaro. I have a 67 cluster, which would involve either an expensive kit to retrofit a speedo drive into the back of the 4L80, or a box to drive the speedo. The gauges would require a second set of senders screwed into various holes in the engine. I have the cluster from the donor van, and all the gauges in it work, except for the fuel gauge, because of the traditional sender in the tank. It won't fit in the dash without major fabrication of the car or printed circuit and housing, or both.
So, if autometer or somebody made a gauge that would tie into the data bus and run off the signal from the ECU, my life would be just peachy. I have found nothing, and I'd bet the data bus probably uses a proprietary language for every different manufacturer, so it would likely be prohibitively expensive.
Dakota digital and similar is absolutely off the table, because I would want to drive nails through my testicles to dull the pain.

The basic signals you're looking for are standardized, so no worries about manufacturer compatibility. Some of the more esoteric ones (steering angle, lateral g, cam phasing, etc) would have to be manufacturer-specific.

Stock 05 LQ4. It runs all the stock dash gauges on power, ground and one data wire.

The gauges i saw there arent going to work for you then. Either find that style that work with "gm class 2" or "j1850" protocols, or else swap your ecu and harness over to an e-series ecm with 3 connectors.

Will the Speedhut gauges work with the Holley HP-EFI? If so, I need those.
The Dakota Digital vision I have is of the hideous digital E36 M3 they build. The analog appearing gauges are not completely out of line, though. I might investigate that more closely.
