Just trying to help out a friend. He suggested that there is no camber adjustment on an e30. It seems odd to me that the front wouldn't at least have some. How does one adjust camber on E30 aside from the purchase of camber plates.

It's true. The only stock suspension adjustment on the E30 is front toe.

You can slot the tower, purchase static camber plates for an additional degree, or get real camber plates for a little more. To get to -3 or so, you'll have to go lower too. In the rear, it's even more awesome: you have to get eccentric bushings, or weld in some adjustment plates. The rears like to come loose, so use gorilla strength to tighten em down.
