Eastern time zone road trip Sponsorship help?

Hey Gang. Looks like I'm finally going to travel out to race in a National Dwarf car race. I'm getting excited about finally making the trip. There three races that have been on my bucket list to go to for years. I got the the Motorcycle races at the Springfield IL mile (to watch) earlier this Sept and now I will race with the Mid West Classic Racers @ M40 Speedway in MI Oct 7-9th. Myself and a friend will be hauling out from NH and MA.

Anyone one here in need of some advertising in the lower MI area or have a East coast regional company that could use some help in the advertising area? Any help would be great. We both have space on the race cars and will be hauling a 30ft trailer.

After this race that leaves the winter nationals in Florida to race...

Are you working with Steve Martin at MWCR? I used to work with him in Detroit...nice guy and the best welder I've ever seen hold a torch.

Lower MI is a tough place to drum up sponsorship these days I'd imagine. I wish I had a better suggestion, but you might try smaller places.

Yes Steve still runs the club. Ya it's tough all over...I've not had any sponsorship at all for the past 8 years...My "Home Track" is 210 miles each way. Who wants to sponsor some one who races so far away and business up that way don't want to help an outsider....even if he has been hauling up there 15 years..
