For some reason if I was to build one I would want to start with a aluminum 5.3 block and de stroke it to 4.8 then balance it so it can spin to 10k and add turbos. Wonder if there is a flat plain crank for the LS? Have that made with a custom ground cam just to get that Ferrari sound. I wonder if doing all this would be cheeper than just purchasing a Ferrari motor.
It lacks subtlety, but then that's kind of a feature, not a bug.
