Nice work. I hope it doesn't have a slow leak.

Any non-Jalopnik links?

that's pretty berkeleying ingenious, if "drive it the hell out of there" isn't an option.

I think it is that guy with the ship launching balloons from Reader's Rides.

As to rare... maybe its a speedster?

That's the best option.

It's rare because it's the only one he has. That's all that matters.

Nah, windshield is WAY too tall.

A 964 cab isn't all that rare, but that color (Talbotgelb) is pretty hard to find. (doesn't make it worth much more though...)

I think it's kinda neat though.

Jalop said: the widebody kit and overall look indicates it could be one of the Porsche America Roadsters, of which only 250 were made. Even if it wasn't, only 702 C2 turbo-look roadsters were ever built.

If I couldn't drive my car out I sure would be looking for something to try. Good thinking I say!

I live below sea level...depending on how much those airdocks cost, it might be a fine option for me next flood season. ;)

i'd think a regular old pontoon would also woork.. maybe add a couple more pontoons so something heavy like a car, won't sink it.. fix it in place between a couple of poles that allow it to move up and down but not get thrown around by currents or wind.
