Hyundai Tiburon rough ride

My son has an 03 Hyundai Tiburon with about 36K miles. It has a terrible ride. When it hits expansion bumps or other on the highway it clunks terribly, also wallows. The struts however, seem ok. What else could it be. We tightened up the swaybars.

Any of the supension mounting points. Wallows would indicate a bad shock/strut. How much tire pressure ?
