Pretty much zero. It'll also take only as much power as normal BP, but that's still going to be a REALLY fun car.
Hey Jav, you want the world's pimpiest suspension for that car? I have everything you can buy, and a whole bunch of stuff you can't. 
Is it challenge priced Swank?
Probably not. For the price of a challenge car i might consider giving you the whole suspension, though. At that price i'd only be losing a couple grand.
