The Citroen HY is one of the most visually interesting vehicles of all time. It bridges the gap between something built in a shed, using pieces of the very shed and a very utilitarian, modern (at the time) artistic design.

There is a reason they sell for big money and are super collectable

That guy has been hawking those things for years on fleabay. Front wheel drive. Underpowered. Fugly. French.
